There are two categories of products that we sell. The first is Print On Demand products and the second is products fulfilled via our warehouse.

• For POD products we recommend ordering before Dec. 12^th to be safe. The vendors we use try to print and ship orders within 48 hours of purchase. But in this busy season, especially with high volume products, it can take them longer, sometimes five business days.
• POD products are shipped via USPS Economy Ground service. Shipping can take four to eight days to arrive at your address.
• POD products include anything we sell that has several color and size options. This includes apparel, décor items such as towels, etc.

There is a good chance that POD items will be printed and shipped in time to arrive at your address if ordered before Dec 15^th, but again, we cannot be sure of this.

Items fulfilled by our warehouse are shipped within 48 hours via USPS Economy Ground and will take four to eight days to arrive at their destination.

• These items include shells, corals, figurines, jewelry, aquarium items, tiki totems and other items that do not offer size and color options when you make a purchase.
• The final recommended safe order date for pre-Christmas delivery of these products is December 14^th.

Sea Shell Supply sends its orders to fulfillment within 24 hours of your order. The company is not responsible for items that are printed, shipped or delivered later than expected due to difficulties experienced by our print vendors or the USPS.
